For best results, refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Buffalo Wing Sauce Ingredients:
1/2 cup Crystal Hot Sauce
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Preparation:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, butter, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Stir the mixture with a whisk until the butter melts. Allow the mixture to come to a simmer.
Once the sauce comes to a simmer, remove the saucepan from the heat.
Allow the sauce to cool slightly.
The sauce will thicken as it cools. Whisk the sauce before pouring over the wings.
Refrigerate any left over sauce. When the mixture is refrigerated, the butter may separate and harden. Simply reheat to make the sauce smooth again.
